(“Star” or the “Company”), effective as of 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 5, 2025. At the same time, the ticker symbols for its Common Stock and 10% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Preferred Stock”) will change to STRR and STRRP, respectively, on NASDAQ.

The record date for this dividend is September 1, 2025, and the payment date is September 10, 2025.
