Mirion Technologies Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mirion Technologies, Inc. (“Mirion”) (NYSE: MIR), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 17,309,846 shares of Mirion’s Class A common stock at a public offering price of $21.35 per share (the “common stock offering”).
