(NASDAQ: BLNK), a leading global owner, operator and provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and services, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 26,666,666 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.75 per share. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 12, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
